Royalties, Royalties, Royalties

Ordzaar is now releasing its much-awaited support for Royalties. Announced during the inaugural Ordinals Summit, we are introducing the ‘Honor-Based Creators Royalty’ feature, designed to foster sustainability and reward long-term vision within the burgeoning Ordinals builder ecosystem.

Royalties in Ordzaar adhere to the OIP-06 standard. This feature will only be available for new collections created after the 2.10.0 update.

When artists create a collection, they will have the ability to set royalties, which are currently limited to a maximum of 20%.

After successfully creating a collection, it will show the royalty percentage set by the creator.

While listing an inscription, you’ll be able to identify whether there’s a royalty associated with it.

If an inscription includes royalties, it will be shown in the purchase modal, and the royalties will be factored into the price calculation.

With this update, we’ve also enhanced the usability of the Buy modal.

Improvements and Fixes

  1. Enhanced the appearance of verified checkmarks throughout the app.
  2. Addressed the issue where users were unable to delete draft collections through their Profile.
  3. Added explorer URLs for addresses, transactions, etc., in the Inscription details page.
  4. Enabled copying text upon clicking on inscription details.
  5. Sorting on the collection details page has been enhanced, with inscriptions now listed alongside the transaction details at the top.
